• 1. This Cafe Moments Prepaid Card is the property of Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Co. Ltd. (ABCTCL) to whom it must be returned, upon request or if found. Use of this card is governed by the Cafe Moments T&C.
• 2. This card can be purchased by paying through Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card only.
• 3. It is valid only in participating Cafe Coffee Day outlets in India.
• 4. This is not a credit/debit/ATM card. The balance cannot be redeemed for or refunded with cash.
• 5. Please present this card before billing. Offers & Benefits cannot be clubbed with existing offers, promotions & discounts and are subject to change at the discretion of ABCTCL.
• 6. This Prepaid Card is not valid until ACTIVATED by the USER and confirmed by ABCTCL.
• 7. Misuse of the Cafe Moments Card or its benefits in any manner may result in the termination of the validity of the Card and/or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of ABCTCL.
• 8. Please keep the Cafe Moments Prepaid Card safely. CCD will replace the card only if the Card has been pre-registered at www.cafecoffeeday.com
• 9. Completion of Activation confirms unequivocal acceptance of the terms & conditions.
• 10. ABCTCL will send you information regarding new products, offers, campaigns, benefits etc on your latest contact details including email id & mobile number, as last communicated to ABCTCL through Activation, Registration or Profile Updation, subject to your confirmation that you are not subscribed under the National Do Not Call Registry.

ABCTCL shall not be liable to any card-holder for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in conjunction with Cafe Moments and/or provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise and whether ABCTCL has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
• 13. ABCTCL is not liable for non-fulfillment of any terms in full or in part due to any reason beyond its control.
• 14. The decision of the management of ABCTCL is final and binding.
• 15. Disputes, if any, will be settled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts.
• 16. ABCTCL reserves the right to add, alter, amend and revise terms and conditions as well as the rules and regulations governing the Cafe Moments card without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons thereof.
