• 2. This Gv is issued by Croma, infiniti retail ltd(the company).
• 3. This GV can be redeemed at any croma store owned by the company can be redeemed against purchase of any product available at the croma store.
• 4. This GV is valid for 12 months from the date of issue , printed on it.
• 5. Should your purchase value exceed the value of the Gv, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid at the store at the time of making such purchase
• 6. No refund, replacement or cash back against this GV
• 7. Kindly present this GV to the cashier before final billing of your purchase(s)
• 8. This GV should be treated like cash. GV cannot be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen.
• 9. Defaced, torn altered, spoiled or cancelled GV will not be accepted.
• 10. Once GV is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation.
• 11. Redemption of this GV by its bearer shall be valid discharge of company’s liabilities in respect of the GV
• 12. This GV is not valid without authorized signature and issuer company’s seal.
• 13. Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final.
• 14. This GV is subject to all applicable laws. The company and GV holder shall comply with all applicalble laws promulgated by any competent authority from time to time in this regard.
• 15. Any dispute regarding this GV shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai
