Ordering a gift card through giftbig.com is easy, especially if you’re a registered customer. If you’re not a part of the giftbig family yet, you can quickly sign up all it takes is a few simple steps!

Once you find a gift card that you like, just click on ‘Buy’ and you’ll be directed to the payment portal. You just need to enter the right shipping address and choose one of our accepted payment modes.

Where are these gift cards accepted?

You can use a gift card in all official retail outlets of a particular brand. Any limitations or special cases will be specified in the description page of the particular gift card.

How can I compare different cards?

giftbig provides a Compare option in order to make your shopping experience easier.

If you’re confused about which gift card to buy, you can use the Compare feature and pick the one that suits your preferences.

Can gift cards be recharged after purchase?

The recharge of the gift is dependent on the brand terms and conditions.

If allowed you can do this through any official retail outlet of the brand that’s located in your city.

Does a gift card have an expiry date?

Gift cards typically have a validity period of 3 to 12 months. However, the validity period might change according to the brand or retailer.

Take a look at the Terms of Redemption provided in the product page before you add the item to your cart and proceed to the payment portal.

How many gift cards can I order in one purchase?

At giftbig, we believing in gifting big - there’s no limit to the number of gift cards that you can order. You can add all your favorite cards to the shopping cart and make a bulk purchase.

How do I pay for a gift card?

We support different modes of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and cash on delivery.

We accept payment in the form of money transfers through internet banking.

- Cash on Delivery

You can now make your payment when the gift card is delivered at your doorstep. Cash on Delivery is a new payment mode and worrying about prepaid orders is a thing of the past.

This feature is available only for all gift cards. Remember that during the time of delivery, you’ll be allowed to make a payment only through cash under this mode.

Are there any hidden charges or taxes?

At giftbig, you pay the price that’s mentioned in the product page – that’s all.

There are absolutely no hidden charges or taxes and what you see is what you get.

Will I receive an invoice along with the order?

Yes you will receive invoices with order.

An email regarding the sales invoice will be sent to the buyer soon after the purchase. You can use this invoice for future claims, if any.

How will the gift cards be delivered?

At giftbig, all gift card orders are packed with utmost care in attractive packaging. We have tie ups with major courier companies and delivery is carried out through these companies depending on the region.

Can I get an international delivery?

Right now, giftbig operates exclusively in India and only local orders will be accepted. Keep checking this space for further updates about our delivery zones – you might be surprised someday!

What is the time taken for delivery?

The estimated time of delivery is 7 days, however we deliver to many places much earlier.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is free for all orders for a limited period only.

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

Every order placed in giftbig is provided with a unique order number. Your order number will be sent through email as soon as you buy the gift card, along with the sales invoice.

Regular email updates will be sent regarding the status of your order.

Gift Card Refunds

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order that you’ve placed with giftbig, you can do it within a period of 24 hours. Our support team will be able to assist you with the procedure, and you can contact giftbig through phone or email.

Cancellations will not be entertained after the product has been shipped.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Once you cancel an order (that you’ve already paid for) within the 24 hour deadline, your money will be immediately refunded.

Will I get a refund if the wrong card is delivered?

If you find that the wrong gift card has been delivered to you, contact us immediately in order to get the issue resolved.

You can return the entire package (with the gift card intact) within a period of seven days in order to get a refund. We have a no-refund policy beyond a period of seven days.

You should notify us immediately if you find that the delivered package has been tampered with or soiled in any way so that it can be replaced.
